Jordan Daily -The Faculty of Administrative and Financial Sciences at Petra University has received the Premier Institutionclassification, the highest rating awarded by the UK-based Accreditation Service for International Schools, Colleges and Universities (ASIC).
The accreditation committee recommended renewing the faculty’s accreditation for four years after it achieved an “excellent” rating across seven key operational areas, including governance and management, human resources development, quality assurance, student services, and regulatory compliance.
The international accreditation grants the university global recognition for the quality of its academic programs and is expected to strengthen cross-border academic partnerships.
It also enables students to receive education aligned with British and international standards, enhancing graduates’ competitiveness in the global job market and facilitating recognition of their degrees by external institutions.
ASIC, headquartered in the United Kingdom, is an independent international accreditation body that evaluates educational institutions to ensure compliance with high standards of quality, ethics and learning environment development.
