Jordan Daily - Jordan and Poland held talks in Warsaw to strengthen economic cooperation and expand investment ties across key sectors.

A Jordanian delegation led by Investment Minister Tareq Abu Ghazaleh met officials from the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) and representatives of major Polish companies to discuss increasing Polish participation in projects in Jordan.

The discussions focused on ICT, energy, water management, infrastructure and high-value industries, as well as preparations for the EU-Jordan Investment Conference 2026.

Companies including KUKE, KGHM Polska Miedź, PKP Cargo and Asseco Poland attended, alongside the Polish Chamber of Commerce.

“Warsaw was more than just a place to talk; it was also a place to act,” Abu Ghazaleh said in remarks seen by Jordan Daily, adding that recent meetings had delivered “clear objectives and outcomes.”

He said cooperation with PAIH and business leaders aims to open new opportunities in key sectors and reflects Jordan’s push to translate partnerships into concrete investment results ahead of the 2026 conference.

“We are working with the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) and top business executives to open up important prospects in Jordan's most important industries,” Abu Ghazaleh noted.
