Jordan Daily - National carrier Royal Jordanian has been recognized by key private-sector partners for its role in safeguarding the Kingdom's pharmaceutical and food supply chains during periods of disruption to global logistics networks.
Royal Jordanian Chief Executive Officer Samer Majali met with a delegation from the Jordan Association of Pharmaceutical Warehouse Owners, accompanied by the airline's Cargo Commercial Director Khaled Alkhawaldeh. During the meeting, the delegation presented Majali with a token of appreciation in recognition of the airline's efforts to secure imports of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies into Jordan.
The carrier helped maintain the flow of essential medicines by operating additional cargo flights and deploying high-capacity wide-body passenger aircraft to transport critical shipments during recent supply chain challenges.
The measures contributed to preserving pharmaceutical security in the Kingdom at a time when international transportation networks faced significant disruptions.

In a separate meeting, Majali received representatives of Around the World Co., who also presented a token of appreciation to Royal Jordanian for supporting Jordan's food security efforts.
