Jordan Daily - Optimiza, a regional systems integration and digital transformation solutions provider, has been selected by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship and the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs to implement a project to digitize 23 government services offered by the Awqaf ministry.
The project aims to simplify administrative procedures, accelerate transaction processing and improve the experience of service recipients, the company said.
The initiative aligns with Jordan’s Economic Modernisation Vision and Public Sector Modernisation Roadmap, which aim to modernize government services, improve operational efficiency and advance the kingdom’s digital transformation.
