Jordan Daily – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates welcomed diplomatic efforts to end the war between Russia and Ukraine, particularly the recent phone call between U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin, describing it as an important step toward ending the conflict and enhancing regional and global security.
Ministry spokesperson Ambassador Dr. Sufian Qudah highlighted the significance of Saudi Arabia’s efforts to mediate an end to the war, including its hosting of talks between the United States and Russia in Jeddah on Sunday.
Qudah praised Saudi Arabia’s role in facilitating the negotiations and reaffirmed Jordan’s support for all initiatives aimed at halting the war and promoting international peace and security.
