Jordan Daily – Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi and his Slovenian counterpart, Tanja Fajon, met in Amman on Sunday to discuss regional developments and strengthen ties.
They focused on enhancing cooperation in areas such as the economy, technology, and defence, within the EU framework.
Both ministers stressed the importance of maintaining the Gaza ceasefire and delivering humanitarian aid. Safadi praised Slovenia’s support for the two-state solution and its efforts on the UN Security Council to end the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
The discussions also covered Syria and Lebanon, with both sides reiterating their commitment to regional stability and peace.
