Jordan Daily - King Abdullah II arrived in Cairo on Wednesday for a short visit and was received by Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi at the airport.
The two leaders are expected to discuss the deteriorating situation in Gaza and the efforts to stop the Israeli aggression on the strip .
The visit came hours after a humanitarian truce was announced in Gaza, mediated by Egypt, Qatar and the United States.
