Jordan Daily - A military source at the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces - Arab Army said on Saturday that noises heard across several regions of the kingdom were the result of routine sorties carried out by aircraft of the Royal Jordanian Air Force.
The source said the sorties are being carried out as part of regular aerial reconnaissance and inspection missions aimed at ensuring the safety and security of Jordanian airspace and preventing any attempts of intrusion or unlawful activity.
The military continues to perform its national duty in safeguarding the kingdom’s skies and preserving its sovereignty with efficiency and professionalism, the source added.
The source urged citizens not to circulate rumors and to rely on official channels for information.
