Talks focused on facilitating the exchange of plant and animal products, cooperation in agricultural production inputs, and increasing bilateral agricultural trade, particularly in the livestock sector and the supply of yellow corn used for animal feed.
Khraisat stressed the importance of opening Ukrainian markets to Jordanian agricultural products to help balance trade and strengthen cooperation between private sector companies in both countries.
Shcherbatiuk said Ukraine is keen to expand trade with Jordan and praised the quality of Jordanian agricultural products.
She added that Ukraine is ready to meet all Jordanian standards for yellow corn shipments to ensure their safety and suitability for livestock feed.
