Jordan Daily - Jordanian entrepreneur and business strategist Rasha Oudeh has released a new book, Leadership Without Sugarcoating, drawing on more than two decades of experience expanding Swiss and German brands across international markets.
Based in Zurich and working across Switzerland and Germany, Oudeh is the founder and chair of Swiss firms CEDEM AG and Global Match AG, companies focused on international growth, market access, digital transformation, and commercial expansion across the Middle East, Africa, and the United States.
Over a career spanning more than 20 years, Oudeh has worked with companies entering and scaling operations in more than 35 countries, particularly across healthcare, trade, and emerging markets in the MEA region. She is known for her work in cross-cultural business development, strategic partnerships, and organizational growth.
The book explores themes of resilience, accountability, and leadership under pressure, reflecting Oudeh’s view that leadership is defined less by titles and more by decision-making and responsibility during challenging periods.
“Real leadership is not about appearances, but about what remains after the storm,” Oudeh said in the book’s introduction.
Oudeh holds an Executive MBA from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and completed governance and leadership studies, including the Board Director Diploma at IMD Business School. She also attended executive leadership programs at Harvard Business School.
Alongside her corporate activities, she supports women’s leadership and entrepreneurship through Amali Switzerland, a non-profit initiative focused on mentorship, confidence-building, and professional opportunities for women.
Leadership Without Sugarcoating is now available on Amazon.
