Jordan Daily - Minister of Justice Bassam Talhouni met Azerbaijan's Ambassador to Jordan, Shahin Abdullayev, and his accompanying delegation on Tuesday to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation, particularly in legal and judicial fields.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the strong ties between Jordan and Azerbaijan and explored opportunities to expand collaboration in areas of mutual interest, Ministry of Justice said in a statement.
Talhouni underscored the importance of enhancing cooperation and exchanging expertise between the two countries, highlighting the steady development of Jordanian-Azerbaijani relations across various sectors.
For his part, Abdullayev praised the level of relations between the two countries and reaffirmed Azerbaijan's commitment to continued coordination and cooperation with Jordan to advance shared interests and achieve further joint accomplishments.
Both sides stressed the importance of maintaining communication and deepening cooperation to support the growing partnership between the two friendly countries, the statement said.
