Jordan Daily - The Business Park Company has announced the reconstitution of its Board of Directors following the issuance of Jordan Armed Forces Investment Authority Regulation No. 51 of 2026 and as part of the ongoing administrative and organisational developments underway at King Hussein Business Park (KHBP). The new Board is chaired by Mr. Omar Samir Mustafa Khalifeh, with Mr. Hussein Omar Hussein Arkhagha serving as Vice Chairman. Its members include Brig. Gen. Eng. Shadi Rasmi Mohammad Khashashneh, Col. Eng. Tareq Ahmad Mohammad Ghunaimat and Mr. Omar Khaled Rasheed Agha.

The Chairman and Board members bring extensive professional and executive experience spanning business, investment, real estate development, management, strategic planning, human resources and engineering, alongside experience serving on the boards of various companies and institutions. Their backgrounds also encompass corporate governance and project management, which gives the Board a diverse range of managerial, investment and technical expertise to support KHBP’s strategic direction and future plans.

The new Board has been formed as KHBP continues to pursue its growth plans, expanding its business ecosystem and attracting more local, regional and international companies and investments. These efforts also include upgrading infrastructure, facilities and services, as well as supporting innovation and entrepreneurship, further bolstering KHBP’s position as an integrated business and investment destination and a contributor to sustainable economic development in the Kingdom.
