Jordan Daily - Minister of Investment Tareq Abu Ghazaleh met Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Jordan Shahin Abdullayev to discuss ways to strengthen investment ties and explore opportunities for cooperation in areas of mutual interest, the ministry said.
Abu Ghazaleh stressed the importance of expanding investment cooperation between Jordan and Azerbaijan and strengthening partnerships between the private sectors of both countries to encourage mutual investment and capitalise on opportunities available in the kingdom.
Abdullayev highlighted the importance of continued coordination between the two countries’ relevant authorities to deepen bilateral relations and pave the way for new investment partnerships in priority sectors.
The meeting comes as Jordan seeks to strengthen its economic ties with friendly and partner countries, promote investment opportunities and attract investment to support economic growth.
