Jordan Daily -BIA Textiles has completed a set of essential maintenance works at Al-Baaj Mixed Basic School in Mafraq governorate as part of its ongoing corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
The initiative aimed to improve safety standards and enhance the learning environment for students, following a site visit that identified the need for urgent repairs in several school facilities. The maintenance was carried out in coordination with relevant authorities and contributed to upgrading the school’s infrastructure and reducing potential health and safety risks.

BIA Textiles said the initiative reflects its commitment to supporting local communities and investing in education as a key pillar of sustainable development, particularly in underserved areas.
“We believe corporate responsibility includes creating safe and healthy educational environments that enable students to learn and grow with confidence,” said Raya AbuDalbouh, Corporate Social Responsibility representative at Classic Fashion. “This initiative is part of our continued commitment to supporting the education sector and improving school infrastructure in less fortunate communities.”

The school’s principal, Hameeda Al-Shra’a, welcomed the support, saying the maintenance works had a positive impact on both students and staff.
