
Jordan Daily – Deputising for His Majesty King Abdullah, HRH Crown Prince Hussein is participating on Wednesday in the 56th Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos, held under the theme “A Spirit of Dialogue”.
The forum, which began on Monday and continues until Friday, focuses on pressing global economic challenges, including prospects for the global economy amid slowing growth and rising debt levels, geopolitical tensions, energy security, and the impact of artificial intelligence and technology on labour markets.
Discussions also cover climate change and sustainable finance, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
During the forum, the Crown Prince is scheduled over two days to hold a series of meetings with world leaders and heads of participating delegations, senior officials from United Nations organisations, political and economic figures, as well as chief executives and founders of leading global companies.
The meetings are attended by Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Zeina Touqan and Minister of Investment Tareq Abu Ghazaleh.
