JETT limits King Hussein Bridge ticket bookings to official platforms

Jordan Daily – Jordan Express Tourist Transport company (JETT) announced that only its official website (http://www.jett.com.jo) and ticket booking platform www.jett-khb.com.jo are authorized for scheduling regular transport services across the King Hussein Bridge, following direct instructions from the Minister of Interior.

VIP booking services will be added to the platform within two days, after which all ticket reservations must be made exclusively online.

Since the platform launched on June 23, all passengers who booked online crossed the bridge without issues, JETT said in a statement on Monday. The company credited seamless travel to coordination with authorities and trained staff.

JETT warned against relying on unverified social media information and emphasized that bookings made through unofficial sources will be invalid, potentially preventing travelers from crossing the border.

The company urged travelers to ensure passport numbers are correctly entered, as ticket use and entry will be granted only after matching names and passport data.

Passengers are advised to arrive 30 minutes before departure to avoid congestion. JETT also encouraged reporting unauthorized ticket sales to authorities. Booking on the platform takes less than three minutes and complies with official procedures and pricing, the company said.

JETT reaffirmed its right to take legal action against anyone falsely claiming to sell tickets or spreading misinformation that could harm passengers or the company.
