Jordan Daily – The Jordan Restaurants Association (JRA) donated JD 25,000 on Sunday to help the people of Gaza amid an Israeli offensive that has killed more than 8000 Palestinians.
The association’s president Issam Fakhreddin handed over a cheque to the Secretary-General of the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization, Hussein Al-Shibli , that is coordinating aid efforts for Gaza.
Fakhreddin urged other tourist restaurants to join the initiative and support Gaza’s humanitarian needs in health care, food and shelter.
