Jordan Daily – Manaseer Group has acquired a majority stake in Al Quds Development and Investment Company, owner of Luminus Technical University College (LTUC), in a strategic move to expand its investments in the education sector.
Chairman Ziad Manaseer said the acquisition aligns with the group’s vision to invest in people and education as key pillars of sustainable development. He added that the company aims to modernize technical and vocational education in line with King Abdullah II’s directives and the Economic Modernization Vision, focusing on reducing unemployment and equipping youth with future-ready skills.
Manaseer emphasized plans to integrate artificial intelligence and modern technologies into academic programs through partnerships with institutions in the United States and Australia , strengthening the link between education and the labor market.
The group said its priority is to empower Jordanian youth and align their skills with the needs of the Fourth Industrial Revolution , calling education an investment in the nation’s future and a foundation for a competitive economy.
With this acquisition, Manaseer Group reaffirmed its commitment to directing investments toward high-impact sectors such as education, innovation, and research , positioning itself as a leading model in Jordan’s transition to a knowledge-based economy.
