Jordan Daily – Israel must be held accountable by the international community for violating the rights of the Palestinians to establish their own state with East Jerusalem as its capital, said Zaid Nafaa, the honorary consul of Jordan in Hungary, on Monday.
Nafaa condemned Israel’s attacks on Gaza that have killed thousands of civilians and destroyed vital infrastructure, including mosques, churches, hospitals and schools. He said Israel’s actions were unprecedented in human history and showed its disregard for the other.
He also criticized the lack of global response to the Israeli aggression and the double standards applied to the conflict , calling for more support and solidarity for the Palestinian people who are facing a humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
