Jordan Daily - His Majesty King Abdullah II, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Qatar Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani held a trilateral summit in Jeddah on Monday.

According to a royal court statement, the summit addressed current regional developments and ways to de-escalate tensions, and underscored that the security of Jordan and the Gulf is fundamental to the security and stability of the region and the world.

His Majesty, the Saudi crown prince, and the Qatar emir reiterated their condemnation of Iran’s attacks on Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Arab countries, asserting the need for the attacks to immediately stop, and the sovereignty of states to be respected.

The summit also addressed the importance of stepping up joint Arab action to respond to the war’s economic burdens, in coordination with active international partners.
