Jordan Daily - Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad al-Shibani said on Sunday that ties between Syria and Jordan are on a uniquely upward trajectory across all sectors, expressing hopes they become a model of neighborly cooperation.
Jordan earlier condemned insults directed at the kingdom during a gathering in Damascus, urging accountability. Amman said Damascus assured it rejects any offense toward Jordan and would take legal action against those responsible.
Shibani also affirmed it would not tolerate attempts to harm the “brotherly” relationship and would act to preserve strong bilateral ties.
