Jordan Daily - Jordanian cybersecurity and digital transformation company ExceedLink is expanding its cybersecurity consulting, managed security services and digital trust offerings to help companies counter increasingly sophisticated cyber threats while securely adopting artificial intelligence, its chief executive officer said.

Businesses across the region are facing a growing range of cyber risks, including ransomware, phishing attacks, identity-based threats and the challenges of securing cloud and hybrid IT environments, CEO Jalal Safadi said in an interview with Jordan Daily. Companies are also under increasing pressure to comply with evolving cybersecurity regulations despite limited internal security resources.

To address those challenges, ExceedLink combines cybersecurity consulting with advanced security technologies through partnerships with global cybersecurity vendors and partners, offering solutions spanning cloud, network and identity security.

The company also provides advisory services to help organizations achieve internationally recognized certifications such as ISO 27001, comply with national and regional cybersecurity regulations- for example Jordan's National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) and Saudi Arabia's National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) and implement public key infrastructure (PKI) solutions.

"Our goal is to help organizations strengthen their cyber resilience, protect critical assets and confidently accelerate their digital transformation," the Safadi said.

Demand is strongest for managed security services, particularly Managed Security Operations Centre (MSOC) and Managed Detection and Response (MDR) offerings, as organizations seek to strengthen threat detection and response without building large in-house cybersecurity teams.

The company is also seeing increased demand for digital trust technologies, including PKI, digital signatures and hardware security modules (HSMs), driven by government and private-sector digital transformation initiatives.

Demand for governance, risk and compliance services, as well as cloud and operational technology (OT) security, is also rising as organizations work to meet regulatory requirements and secure increasingly complex digital environments.

The CEO noted artificial intelligence is reshaping the cybersecurity landscape, with both attackers and defenders using AI-powered tools. In response, ExceedLink is integrating AI-driven threat detection and security automation into its portfolio while working with technology partners to help customers adopt AI securely.

ExceedLink recently signed a MoU with Tawqi3i to support Tawqi3i's ongoing efforts to strengthen its cybersecurity capabilities, in line with its vision of delivering leading digital signature and trust services.

Under the MoU, the two companies will explore opportunities for collaboration in cybersecurity governance to enhance infrastructure security, support compliance with industry standards, and strengthen the resilience of digital trust services.

The collaboration reflects both companies' shared commitment to advancing secure, resilient, and trusted digital services while addressing evolving cybersecurity challenges, the CEO said.

Looking ahead, ExceedLink plans to expand its position as a cybersecurity and digital transformation advisor in Jordan and across the region by growing its cybersecurity consulting practice, managed security services and digital trust capabilities.

The company also aims to help companies adopt emerging technologies, including AI, while maintaining compliance with cybersecurity regulations and strengthening their overall cyber resilience.
