Jordan Daily – Azizi Developments has launched Azizi Milan, a master-planned community in Dubai valued at over AED 75 billion, bringing Milanese elegance to the UAE with a focus on sustainability, fashion, and cultural sophistication.

Unveiled during a launch event at Coca-Cola Arena featuring performances by Tamer Hosny, Nora Fatehi, and Sunidhi Chauhan, the development spans 40.35 million sq. ft. and will house approximately 144,000 residents. The project includes 800 hotel keys and a wide range of mixed-use facilities.

“Much like the famed city of Milan, known for its beauty and elegance, Azizi Milan will embody the spirit of Italian living, right here in our home – Dubai,” Mirwais Azizi, Founder and Chairman of Azizi Developments said in a statement. “We are committed to building world-class homes and infrastructure that elevate lifestyles.”

The community blends Milanese-inspired architecture with green building principles. All buildings will feature rooftop gardens, landscaped podiums, and panoramic elevators offering scenic views of the development’s extensive greenery, fountains, and sports facilities.

Designed as a zero-carbon project, Azizi Milan will offset emissions through support for certified carbon credit initiatives, including mangrove, forest, and solar projects endorsed by VERRA and the Gold Standard.

A standout feature is its pedestrian-only fashion streets, each dedicated to different realms such as perfumery, cosmetics, and apparel. These boulevards will be lined with high-end boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and nightlife venues. The development aims to become the region’s fashion hub, hosting international fashion events.

Strategically located on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), Azizi Milan offers direct connectivity to major emirates and is less than a five-minute walk from a future Blue Line metro station.

The development will include residential buildings ranging from 25 to 70 stories, a mall, luxury hotels, offices, schools, mosques, wellness centres, and parks. Azizi said the community will foster “a sense of belonging,” with its focus on lifestyle, sustainability, and aesthetic excellence.

“It is His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum… who through his unparalleled visionary leadership has nurtured the emirate into the high-in-demand city that it is today,” said Azizi. “It is with pride that we will help satiate that demand with our largest-yet community.”
