Jordan Daily – Saudi-based Humain, a technology firm focused on artificial intelligence (AI), has named Tareq Amin as its new chief executive officer, aiming to strengthen its position in the global AI sector.
Amin, a Jordanian-American who previously held executive roles at major firms in the United States, Japan, India, and other countries, will lead Humain’s strategy to develop advanced data centers, intelligent infrastructure, and cutting-edge AI models. His mandate includes overseeing transformative applications to enhance human capabilities and expand AI use across industries.
Humain, established during U.S. President Donald Trump’s visit to Saudi Arabia and chaired by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, is working to deliver state-of-the-art AI models and applications. This includes developing one of the world’s leading Arabic-language large language models (LLM), alongside next-generation data centers and cloud computing infrastructure.
The company aims to drive innovation in AI solutions locally, regionally, and globally, opening new opportunities in the digital economy, Humain said in a statement.
