Jordan Daily – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates strongly condemned Israeli statements rejecting the Palestinians’ right to an independent state and suggesting it be established on Saudi territory.
Spokesman Ambassador Sufian Qudah called the remarks provocative and a violation of international law, reaffirming Jordan’s support for Saudi Arabia and urging global condemnation.
Qudah stressed that the Israeli occupation remains the core issue in the region, with Palestinians determined to establish a sovereign state on the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
He also called for an end to Israeli escalations in the West Bank, including raids and settlement expansion.
