Jordan Daily - CCI FRANCE JORDANIE – CAFRAJ elected a new board for the 2026–2028 term during its Regular General Assembly Meeting held in Amman, in the presence of France's ambassador to Jordan Franck Gellet and members of the assembly.

The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Jordan approved its audited 2025 financial report and reviewed key achievements from the past year, while discussing future priorities aimed at strengthening Franco-Jordanian economic cooperation.

Ahmad Armoush was elected chairman by acclamation, while Philippe Mansour was named vice chairman.

The board also includes Walid Zurub of Jordan French Insurance Co. (JOFICO), Nicolas Deviller of Airport International Group, Jad Hreibe of Meridiam, Masoud Abdelmajid of Hikma Pharmaceuticals, Wael Bayyari of Capital Bank of Jordan, Sharif Zubi of Zubi Advocate and Hassan Abdallah of Veolia.

Armoush thanked the outgoing board for its efforts and expressed appreciation for “the continuous support of the French Embassy in Jordan.”

Gellet said CAFRAJ plays “a pivotal role” in strengthening business cooperation and attracting investment between Jordan and France, adding that the chamber could help Jordan seize opportunities linked to Syria’s reconstruction and the diversification of regional trade routes.
