Jordan Daily – Classic Fashion has donated 5,000 T-shirts to the King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF), as part of its ongoing corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives aimed at supporting the healthcare sector and promoting community solidarity.
The initiative supports KHCF-led awareness activities under the Jordan Breast Cancer Program (JBCP), reinforcing the importance of early detection in improving survival outcomes and encouraging proactive health-seeking behavior among women across Jordan.
“At Classic Fashion, we believe that social responsibility begins with a genuine feeling of obligation to care for people and the community. This donation reflects our ongoing efforts to support the fight against cancer and stand alongside national institutions, particularly KHCF and KHCC, in recognition of their vital humanitarian role in caring for patients and providing high-quality medical services,” said Jayprakash Nair, Chief Administrative Officer at Classic Fashion.
Mrs. Nisreen Qatamish, Director General of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF), welcomed the contribution, noting the importance of private-sector partnerships in raising public awareness about breast cancer, and emphasized that in-kind donations play an impactful role in supporting early detection efforts across Jordan.
Raya Abu Dalbouh, a member of Classic Fashion’s CSR team, said the initiative demonstrates the company’s commitment to supporting the national healthcare sector and the private sector’s role in creating tangible and sustainable impact. “Through partnerships like this, we aim to reinforce solidarity with institutions serving the community,” she noted.
