Grand Hyatt Amman Hosts Michelin Star Chef Fabio Barbaglini for an Exquisite Culinary Journey at The Lombard
Jordan Daily – Grand Hyatt Amman hosted Michelin Star Chef Fabio Barbaglini at its Italian fine dining restaurant “The Lombard” to present a unique culinary journey for the Jordanian guests.
Chef Barbaglini started working at the age of 14 where he perfected his studies in Switzerland then went on to work in various international Michelin awarded restaurants, until opening his first restaurant at the age of 23 which was awarded with a Michelin Star in 2004. In addition to his Michelin Star, Chef Barbaglini had won numerous awards throughout his career such as the award for best performance conferred several times by the Espresso Guide.
The event took place from Friday, July 7th until Thursday, July 13th. Chef Daniele, the main Italian chef at The Lombard, along with Chef Michelle, the executive chef at the hotel, as well as Chef Corrado Lombardo, an Italian chef from Piedmont, Italy have all joined Chef Barbaglini to present a special menu throughout the week, according to a press release.
Chef Barbaglini was excited to visit Jordan and experience its traditional food were he said: “I was always curious to see the traditional Jordanian gastronomy, aromas, products and spices that you normally use in the kitchen”.
