Jordan Daily – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Sunday that King Abdullah has received an invitation from U.S. President Donald Trump to join a Peace Council, adding that the offer is under review in accordance with the kingdom’s internal legal procedures.
In a statement, ministry spokesperson Fuad Majali said Jordan highly values President Trump’s leadership role in brokering a ceasefire in Gaza, launching a comprehensive peace plan and pursuing efforts aimed at enhancing security, stability and peace in the region.
