Jordan Daily – Royal Jordanian Airlines announced on Monday the suspension of its flights to Beirut, Lebanon, following a directive from the Jordanian Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission (CARC).
The airline will cancel its Monday flight RJ403 and Tuesday flight RJ407, as per CARC’s decision to temporarily halt all national carriers’ flights to Beirut.
In a press release, Royal Jordanian stated that it continues to evaluate the situation concerning Tuesday’s flights.
The Jordanian Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission described the suspension of national carriers’ flights as a “precautionary measure” to assess the risks associated with flights to Beirut. The commission emphasized that it will closely monitor regional developments and take necessary actions to ensure the safety and security of air travel operations.
