Jordan Daily – Steve Witkoff, a special envoy of U.S. President Donald Trump, said in an interview with American journalist Tucker Carlson that he does not view Russian President Vladimir Putin as a “bad person.”
Witkoff, speaking about his second visit to Russia, said Putin had commissioned a portrait of Trump from a leading Russian artist and asked him to deliver it to the U.S. president.
“I handed over the painting and shared the story with Trump, and it was clear that it moved him,” Witkoff said.
