United Insurance Company appoints Raed Haddadin as new CEO

Jordan Daily – United Insurance Company said on Wednesday it had named Raed Khalil Haddadin as its new chief executive officer, effective as of Jan.1, 2024.

Haddadin, who has 25 years of experience in the insurance sector, previously served as deputy CEO and head of legal and compliance at Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC), one of the largest insurers in the region , according to a press release sent to Jordan Daily.

He also held various leadership roles at the Jordan Insurance Commission , including deputy director general and head of the fund for compensating victims of vehicle accidents.

“We are pleased to welcome Raed Khalil Haddadin to our team as chief executive officer of United Insurance Company, and we look forward to benefiting from his insurance expertise,” said Ziad Raouf Abu Jaber, chairman of the company’s board.

Haddadin holds a master’s degree in legal studies in international trade (marine insurance) from Exeter University in Britain, a bachelor’s degree in law from Yarmouk University in Jordan, and several professional qualifications in insurance.
