Jordan Daily – A Royal Jordanian Air Force C-130 plane departed for Lebanon on Saturday, following a royal directive, to evacuate Jordanian nationals in light of the current unrest in the country.
The operation is being coordinated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, as part of ongoing efforts by the Kingdom to ensure the safety and swift return of its citizens during times of crisis. The initiative underscores Jordan’s commitment to utilizing its resources and capabilities to bring its people home safely in emergencies.
Additionally, the Jordanian Armed Forces, in collaboration with the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization(JHCO), loaded the aircraft with food, relief supplies, medicine, and medical equipment. These humanitarian supplies are intended to assist various sectors in Lebanon, which are facing shortages due to the current challenging circumstances.
