Jordan Daily –  Donna Sultan, President and CEO of KEO International Consultants, has once again been named among the most influential figures in the region’s construction sector, ranking second among consultants in the 2025 edition of the POWER 150 list.

The recognition highlights Sultan’s longstanding leadership in the industry and KEO’s continued prominence as a provider of multi-disciplinary consulting services across some of the Middle East’s most high-profile and sustainable developments.

Sultan, who has led the firm since 1991 and assumed the dual role of President and CEO in 2016, has played a pivotal role in expanding KEO’s footprint across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. Her tenure has been marked by a focus on innovation, diversity, and operational excellence, with the company securing a range of awards and delivering complex projects across both public and private sectors.

Educated in the United States and raised in both Europe and the U.S., Sultan brings over four decades of professional experience in the region. She has received numerous accolades throughout her career, including ‘Construction Executive of the Year’, ‘Business Woman of the Year’, and most recently, MEED’s ‘Female Leader of the Year’. She is also listed among the 100 Most Powerful Women in the Arab World and among the 12 most influential businesswomen in the Gulf.

Under her leadership, KEO has strengthened its global presence and diversified its operations by establishing affiliated practices such as InSite, C-Quest, and F&M+, contributing new revenue streams and broadening the firm’s capabilities.

Sultan has been credited with shaping KEO into a globally recognized consultancy known for design innovation, engineering expertise, sustainability, and deep regional knowledge — attributes that have garnered trust from clients and peers across the industry.

KEO continues to work on several of the region’s landmark projects, maintaining its position as a key player in the global architecture, engineering, and construction consulting landscape.
