Jordan Daily - Jordanian entrepreneur Rasha Oudeh is set to launch her first book in Switzerland, offering an unvarnished look at the realities of leadership and personal growth, with a wider international release planned for the second quarter of 2026.

Titled Leadership Without Sugarcoating: The Decision, The Cost, and What Remains, the book will be distributed across the United States, Europe and the Middle East, targeting professionals, entrepreneurs and readers navigating major life decisions.

In the book, Oudeh examines the often-overlooked costs of leadership, moving beyond conventional narratives of success to explore themes such as personal sacrifice, emotional strain, isolation and the weight of responsibility. Drawing on her experience building businesses between Amman and Zurich, she reflects on the challenges of operating across cultures and markets, including those faced as an Arab woman in international business.

Structured around key phases of transformation, the work traces the arc of leadership through “The Decision,” “The Cost,” “Breaking Points,” “Rebuilding,” “Continuing,” and “What Remains.” Each stage addresses critical moments that define leadership journeys, from choosing difficult paths to confronting setbacks and ultimately reassessing values and purpose.

Oudeh, known for her work in cross-border business development and advocacy for women’s empowerment, positions the book as both a personal account and a broader commentary on leadership in high-pressure environments.

The release marks a notable milestone for Jordan’s entrepreneurial community, highlighting the growing presence of regional voices in global leadership discourse.

Leadership Without Sugarcoating is expected to reach a diverse audience, including executives, small and medium-sized enterprise leaders and young professionals, as well as readers seeking practical insights into resilience and long-term personal growth.
