Jordan Daily – Al-Kindi Hospital recently took part in the 11th Middle East Pharmacy Students Conference, inaugurated by the Director General of Jordan Food and Drug Administration, Dr. Nizar Mhaidat. The event, organized in partnership with the International Pharmaceutical Students Federation, An-Najah University branch, was held at the Landmark Hotel and featured a variety of scientific, pharmaceutical, and health workshops over four days.
The hospital’s participation aligns with its strategic plan to support the local community and its status as a destination for medical tourism for patients from within and outside Jordan.
At the conference, Al-Kindi Hospital provided a dedicated booth staffed by a comprehensive team of doctors, pharmacists, nurses, nutrition engineers, marketers, and public relations specialists. The team offered free medical consultations, blood pressure and diabetes tests, nutrition and health advice, body mass index calculations, and discount cards for hospital services, along with symbolic gifts. Additionally, the hospital’s team delivered specialized lectures during the four-day event, which brought together pharmacy students from various Middle Eastern countries to discuss the latest advancements and future trends in the pharmaceutical sector.
The hospital’s booth garnered significant attention for its representation of the latest and most advanced medical services offered to patients from 75 countries worldwide.
